Hi Ting,

Ok, I commented out the references to M_writeVTKFile and re-compiled.
That worked. And, it produces the correct connectivity, too!

So, now, all three implementations plugins have been installed for VisIt
in /usr/local/itaps/visit. They are named, ITAPS_MOAB, ITAPS_GRUMMP and
ITAPS_FMDB. 

To use them you would either pass '-assume_format <plugin-name>' on the
command line to launch VisIt or use File->Open As from the GUI and then
select the plugin type from the pull down menu there.
