itaps-parallel time distribution for hands-on part of tutorial

Assuming the build process was straightforward for all of the pieces, 
it's probably doable.  I'd probably need everyone to point me to a 
tarball and give me the exact configure/make commands needed to build.

That said, I haven't been able to help Jason much with the iMeshP 
implementation, and doing this might risk us being ready with our 
implemenation.
