itaps-parallel time distribution for hands-on part of tutorial

Hi Onkar,

The original thinking was that the hands-on sessions would be 'work at
your pace' so I didn't think we needed a time distribution (so we
haven't decided on one). That said, I've been thinking about back up
plans in case networking is a disaster. I am assuming (and Tim correct
me if I'm wrong) that Tim will have a copy of everything on his laptop
and we can do a projected presentation of the demos if necessary. It
may be a good idea to plan for this in any case as some participants may
fail to bring a laptop..

Tim - how likely is the demo suite to be running on your laptop?
