itaps-parallel Notes from today's telecon

Hi all,

I have updated the /usr/local/itaps/FMDB_iMeshP directory on Tim's
machine. The main change is follows (abstracted from Lori's email).

> - Ensure all implementations have a consistent use of iMesh-Defs.inc;
> should be in lib directory

FMDB now can create this iMesh-Defs.inc file through automake. But the
examples using FMDB_iMeshP libraries do not need any change.

PS: I have updated the iMeshP_saveAll implementation in FMDB, as Martin
suggested.

Please let me know if you have any problems in using FMDB_iMeshP.
