I have attached a document (which we prepared for ITAPS bootcamp at RPI in
Sept. '07) that provides typical functionalities/services used by four
types of parallel mesh-based applications.

Please look into section 7 under "Examples". Feel free to send us
questions. Also note that this document was created before our (currently
going) work on ITAPS parallel interface.
