# Call for Participation

We invite you to our tutorial at ISC HPC in Hamburg on June 22

Large-Scale Data Version Control for HPC and HTC with Git and DataLad

We will present and practice step by step hands-on examples about
- data version control for large datasets using git and git-annex
- machine-actionable (fully automatic) reproducibility tools on top of git
- how to bring both to HPC environments and Slurm batch processing

We offer tutorial accounts one a JSC / FZ Jülich cluster or invite you to follow along on any HPC account of yours where Slurm is available.

See the tutorial web page [1] for more details as well as the ISC tutorial page [2]. If you are interested, include the tutorial in your ISC registration. For any questions upfront find the presenter's contacts at [1].

Best, Adina S. Wagner, Vahideh Alizadeh, and Andreas Knüpfer
