Prof. Hong Shen (Chair), University of Adelaide, Australia
He has been an editor/associate editor /editorial-board member for 7 
international journals; chaired numerous international conferences; 
served on Program Committee for more than 100 international conferences. 
He was the co-recipient of National Education Commission Science and 
Technology Progress Award and Chinese Academy of Sciences Natural 
Sciences Award.

Prof. Yonghui Li, ARC Future Fellow, IEEE Fellow, The University of 
Sydney, Australia
Professor Li is an editor for IEEE transactions on communications, IEEE 
transactions on vehicular technology and guest editors for several 
special issues of IEEE journals, such as IEEE JSAC, IEEE IoT Journals, 
IEEE Communications Magazine. He received the best paper awards from 
IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) 2014, IEEE PIMRC 
2017, and IEEE Wireless Days Conferences (WD) 2014.

Prof. Xiaodong Liu
Head of Intelligence-Driven Software Engineering Research Group, 
Edinburgh Napier University, UK (SMIEEE, FHEA)
Prof Liu is an active researcher in software engineering with 
internationally excellent reputation and leading expertise, focusing on 
its emerging themes including pervasive systems (Internet of Things), 
services-oriented architecture, evolution of cloud services, and 
intelligence-driven software engineering.


Prof. Haibin Zhu
Chair, Founding Director of Collaborative Systems Laboratory, Nipissing 
University, Canada
He is the founding researcher of Role-Based Collaboration and Adaptive 
Collaboration. His research has been being sponsored by NSERC, IBM, 
DRDC, and OPIC. He is the receipt of the meritorious service award from 
IEEE SMC Society (2018).
