Dear All,

This is in continuation with the previous mail sent regarding participation
in the First Workshop on Software Challenges to Exascale Computing (SCEC)
2017.

The tentative agenda of the workshop has been announced on our website
https://scecforum.github.io/. We are happy to announce that the workshop
will include a hands-on parallel programming session, and a parallel
programming contest. The programming contest winner award is Nvidia Tesla
K40C GPU.

Thanks to our sponsors - with their support we are now able to waive off
the registration fees for a limited number of participants who
register by *November
25, 2017*. Should you want to be considered for the registration fee
waiver, please email us at scecforum at gmail.com with the subject line
"Registration Fee Waiver". In the email, please let us know how the waiver
will facilitate your participation in the workshop.

Register by *December 1, 2017* to secure your spot at the workshop.

Greetings!

We are happy to announce that the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC),
USA and the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), India are
jointly organizing the first workshop on *"Software Challenges to Exascale
Computing (SCEC)" in Jaipur, India on December 17, 2017*. Please find

please register for the event.

SCEC17 also invites *abstracts for lightning talks*. This would be a great
opportunity for budding researchers as well as experts to showcase their
research activities and obtain valuable feedback from the community.

November 15th deadline for submission of the lightning talk abstracts is
rapidly approaching!
