[codes-ross-users] CODES 1.1.0 installation issue

Can you send the commit hash you are using for both ROSS and CODES?  Also,
the CODES repo has been moved to here: https://github.com/codes-org/codes
If you have the most recent versions of both repos, you shouldn't be seeing
this error.
