[codes-ross-users] CODES 1.1.0 installation issue

I had originally downloaded the CODES tarball from the ANL page (
https://press3.mcs.anl.gov/codes/downloads/). After cloning CODES from the
GitHub repo as you had suggested, the build issues went away. Thanks for
your help.
