Thanks for the email.
You also need Lasso. https://svn.mcs.anl.gov/repos/ITAPS/Lasso/trunk
http://trac.mcs.anl.gov/projects/ITAPS/wiki/LassoFromScratch
This link has an example of configure line: http://trac.mcs.anl.gov/projects/fathom/wiki/rgg/RGGFromScratch
I'll update the README file.
Rajeev

Subject: [cgma-dev] iRel missing in MeshKit build
Hello,
I would like to first thank you for your prompt and thorough assistance in troubleshooting the issues that I have been experiencing in the install and implementation of MeshKit. Currently, I have been able to configure, build, and install CGM, OCE, and moab on my machine, and am in the process of building the MeshKit currently. If I configure with iGeom, I recieve a warning that says, "configure: WARNING: iRel not found: camel disabled" , and then if i buildbuild using "make", I obtain an error stating:
EdgeMesher.hpp:16:18: error: iRel.h: No such file or directory
building without the iGeom specified leads to the following error:
EdgeMesher.hpp:13:19: error: iGeom.h: No such file or directory
EdgeMesher.hpp:16:18: error: iRel.h: No such file or directory
I assume that this iRel represents an additional required library for the software that is not specified in the download instructions on the website. Is there a place that I can obtain this software? Also, is it similar to the others in that I simply configure, build, and install it, then specify "--with-iRel=/directory/" as is done with imesh and igeom?
Upon completing the installation I intend to further investigate alterations to SCDMesh so that it can read a data file of specified grid points and calculate volume fractions for a stretched grid, however I first need to have the base version of the software functional. Again, I genuinely appreciate your time and assistance with my troubles, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Best,
Alexander Vizard
