[cgma-dev] CGM and Cubit13.1 Bug

Hi, David:
Can you attach your test file and acis file? I am not sure where cubit13.1
changed for faceting, but am wondering if we need to call a separate
function to let the curves tessellated. It's hard to imagine tessellating a
surface without tessellating curves.
