[AG-TECH] DVTS black screen

hi,

i think this has come up before but i can't seem to recall the solution.
i'm using extended video services in AG with DVTS. on some installations
DVTS comes up with a black screen even though the network interface
shows that 30 Mbps are reaching the computer. but for some reason the
DVTS application is not 'seeing' it.

is there a known cause or set of possible causes for this behavior under
windows?
