[AG-TECH] winXP strange errors

Hi Tom,

Unfortunately I wasn't able to exactly reproduce this bug - probably
something having to do with the fact that that machine went from 3.1 to 3.2
and back during testing, which also seems to have wiped out some of the
older logs. I have a feeling it might have to do with accented characters,
though, since this is on a machine in Croatia. What's left of the logs is
attached, not sure if they actually contain the errors in question - I also
tested restarting the audio and video services with accented characters in
the name field (ex: ćčpšđž), and RAT would be fine but a VideoProducer
wouldn't start ("Error enabling service", looks like the log lists an ascii
encoding erorr). I was also unable to enter a venue with accented characters
in the name field under 3.1.
