Mike,

By that do you mean you set the framerate slider in vic to 30? If you have a
PAL camera I don't think it would make a difference since the camera (if it
can only be set to PAL) can only output 50Hz/25fps. You could check the
framerate indicator next to the thumbnail to find out what's actually being
sent.
