Mike,

are you using the Intensity Pro or the Decklink ExtremeHD card? i am 
suspecting
there are differences between the two. i've seen 30 fps v 60 fps as the 
specs for the
Decklink v. the Intensity come up on its GUI and don't know why this is 
the case.
