[AG-TECH] BlackMagic HDMI vic beta download

We have had problems trying to get an AVCHD camcorder to work with  
BlackMagic card and i think most AVCHD camcorders that I tested didn't  
seem to have true HDMI realtime output.

I don't think that NTSC and PAL should make much difference as the  
BlackMagic card accepts input from either or.

Also, we should have a new JVC camcorder arriving in the next day or  
so and will be testing that out.
