[AG-TECH] Windows Vic Crashing

Windows XP with latest Ncast drivers.

Device has been physically removed and doesn't show up in the device
list.

Colour depth is 32 bit.

No other capture devices loaded. 

No message when crash except attached error msg.  There is a stack trace
available if you click on the 'more info' link on the error dialog;
however, unfortunately, there is no way to cut/paste/save the stack
trace text from the dialog box (can't even select the text)....

Any other suggestions??
