Hi Andrew,

Glad to hear you've got things going with gstreamer.

You may be able to achieve what you want by adding the following line
to your .RTPdefaults file:
*rtpPromiscuousMode: 1

We've used RAT to send and receive PCM audio to various devices  (VoIP
phones and others).
