[AG-TECH] Extended Video Services Error.

Does anyone have any experience with the Extended Video Services.
Recently I've been getting the error "Error Enabling Service" and then
sometimes the dvts producer window still runs. I get the error when
running either the producer or consumer service. 
 
Also, many times the extended consumer service starts with a blank
screen even though I'm sending a stream to that venue.
 
Any ideas would be helpful.
