[AG-TECH] Realtek and rat crashing

Commenting that out will not cause any problems (yet), as I don't know of
any applications that use the site id yet.  Eventually it will likely be 
used for
associating video streams and audio streams with a site, at which time
commenting that out would cause a problem.
