[AG-TECH] AG3 Bridge sites

If you have been running an AG3 Bridge, you will need to restart
the Bridge today.  The Bridge Registry, which collects information
about the bridges, now resides on a different machine.  Restarting
your Bridge will announce it to the registry on the new machine
so it is available to clients.
