[AG-TECH] Osprey 400 Video capture

Hello,
We are having a small problem with the Video Capture card. We recently upgraded our AG server(runs on Win XP). With the new capture card, we get a gray border for the video output. Did anyone face this problem before?  Please let me know the solution to fix this problem.
