[AG-TECH] Backwards compatibility bug AG3.1 -> AG3.0.2?

I wanted to add, that I confirmed this behaviour on a Windows XP and
Fedora Core 8 machine (using UQs RPM repository)
while the server is running on Fedora Core 6 (with UQs AG3.0.2 RPMs)
