[AG-TECH] AG3: finding all the venues

hi,

in starting to use AG 3, i can't seem to find all the venues; i can see
the toplevel names of institutions, but not the venues under them. For
example, i can find NCSA, but not the rooms that NCSA  has.

what do i need to do to access those venues?
