[AG-TECH] Fwd: how do I fix this runtime error?

That is, unfortunately, a high-level error message that tells you nothing about the
problem. One case in which this happens is when the camera is not plugged in, as
identified in this (very old) bug:

http://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/AccessGrid/show_bug.cgi?id=316

I've also seen this behavior under other conditions (drivers not installed, or not
installed properly, or misconfiguration of the camera).

If you clarify details about your camera and the conditions under which the error occurs,
we might be able to help.
