Richard,

There has been a new release (AG2.4) since your previous post. Perhaps 
reinstalling with that will make a difference.

If you still have the same problem, a first next step would be to run 
vic.exe outside of the AG environment. You'll need to locate it - I'm 
not sure where it is in a Windows environment. When you find it, run it 
from a command prompt with the address 233.2.178.9/17018 (the APAG 
Lobby video) - is that any better/worse?

You could find some useful info in the contents of the AG 
VideoService.log file (or VideoConsumerService.log, depending on what 
you've configured). Its  off your user directory in 
AccessGrid\Logs\VideoService.log (again though, I'm not sure where the 
user directory is in Windows, so you'll have to find that yourself).
