[AG-TECH] Fwd: how do I fix this runtime error?

Hi All,
The following message was posted to ag-tech earlier this week and to
date there have been no replies. So I guess this means it's a new
problem, or outside the scope of this list. My plan is to reinstall
the AG software and hope that fixes the problem. What do you think?
