[AG-TECH] Starting VIC & RAT manually

	Are they really on the same IP? Quite often (as far as I have seen) 
video and audio are on different IPs. Are they receiving your video? 
Also, make sure you don't have 'mute new sources' selected in VIC too. 
If they are receiving your video stream, but you get no other streams 
(grey or otherwise) in vic, then it may mean that it's a firewall issue 
on your end.
