[AG-TECH] Osprey 440 Cards, Matrox QID Video Card, Recommended Soundcard

	Yea, I've noticed that under Windows if you have more than one capture 
device (it doesn't matter what devices, single or multi port capture 
cards or a usb camera) then you have problems with vic starting up. 
VIC's config on Windows only binds to the 'Windows MDM capture' device, 
so it's a crapshoot as to who gets what device. Since they all pick the 
same device first, i.e. the first one in the 'list', you get conflicts. 
Under Linux, VIC is bound to a specific '/dev/video' entry, so that 
problem doesn't occur. For future media tools, that is a problem I would 
really like to see fixed for Windows, since it's quite annoying, and 
potentially a stumbling block for having a node that anyone can walk up 
and use.
