It's failing on the Quicknet Technologies audio device driver header file,
which is probably of no use unless you've got a Quicknet telephony device.
You could try stopping the rat configuration step from trying to build
auddev_ixj.o by doing something like:
mv /usr/include/linux/telephony.h /usr/include/linux/telephony.h.bak
