[AG-TECH] Gentoo: emerge fails on rat. I only need VenueServer and BridgeServer

I also just tried emerging the various components instead of everything in
an attempt
to get the venue and bridge server operational. However it failed. When I
ran VenueServer
I got a toolkit initialization error.
