[AG-TECH] RHFC2, CX88xx driver, vic problem

Hi,

Time ago we bought some Win TV go cards with the brand new chip that needed
the CX88xx driver. At the end I gave up and replaced the cards by some
typical BT878 chip ones (I was able to get them to work with xawtv but not
with VIC).

I've heard about more people having the same problem.
