Hi Brian:

Is there any more indication of the problem in the VenueClient.log file?  You'll find it 
in C:\Documents and Settings\<you>\Application Data\AccessGrid\Logs.  If you don't see any 
clear problem there, you can send the file to me and I'll take a look.

It looks to me like some state didn't get cleaned off from the previous installation.  You 
might want to try an uninstall, ensure that the AccessGrid directory is gone from 
C:\Python23\lib\site-packages, and install again.  This is not normally necessary, but 
might be in this case, depending on how you reached the current state.
