[AG-TECH] "waiting for video" with unicast

We found a similar problem, but then found that the incoming
video was attached to a randomly chosen 'outgoing' vic; between
all the vic's that were started, we could pick up all incoming
and outgoing streams.  If I've got this wrong, Nick Hill should
be able to correct me.

Inelegant, but it works!
