[AG-TECH] VIC crashing

This has happened before....but after no changes to my PIG, every time I
try to run VIC it crashes.  Tried restarting the PC with no results.  It
opens initially, then gives me a runtime error "this application has
requested to terminate it in an unusual way."  Any suggestions?  

BTW: windows XP machine
