Are the PCI-X slots on independent PCI buses on your PC? If it's a workstation or server class machine they might be, I suspect it might have 3 independent PCI-X 133 MHz buses.
I can't see what advantage 3 x PCI-X 66MHz capture cards have over 3 x 3.3V PCI capture cards that can also fit in the PCI-X slots.
