> Is anyone using a PCI-X linux video capture
card? So far my options appear to
> be 3 Osprey 230 cards at a cost
of about 250 quid each filling all the PCI-X
> slots on the machine.
Ideally I'd like something that'll capture 3 S-Video
> streams, but I
guess anything that'll do 2 Composite or better would be an
>
improvement.

Are the PCI-X slots on independent PCI buses on
your PC? If it's a workstation or server class machine they might be, I suspect
it might have 3 independent PCI-X 133 MHz buses.

I can't see what advantage 3 x PCI-X 66MHz capture
cards have over 3 x 3.3V PCI capture cards that can also fit in the PCI-X
slots.
