[AG-TECH] Something is wrong with VIC.exe

howdy!everybody
   
   I install the ag2.3. and i want to have a test to check whether the client can work well or not . I thought after I fix the camera and connect to the venue  , I should see myself from the venue .If it succeed ,then it  can tell me that the client works normally,isn't it? But...After I connected to the venue.
error report comes up :-) It say that: run time error . vic.exe has problem.
i don't know why?
any thought would be appreciate!!
