[AG-TECH] Specs for a 2.3 room node

AG 2.3 detects the multiple capture drivers installed for the Videum and 
the Osprey cards, and allows the video producer to be configured to use 
them.  I've used this videoproducer on a dual Osprey pig node here at 
Argonne with no problems.
