the flaky stream you describe is something i've not experienced.
you might want to first check your video cable on both ends and maybe swap
cables to see if that problem goes away.

well... i have it from a very reliable *inside* source that 2.3 VIC is
supposed to handle the registry issues for this card correctly.  however,
when i installed 2.3, i did not get all four streams until i fixed the source
values for vic.exe[0-3] using regedit.  two or three were set to identical
values.  at the same time i modded the source values for WnvConfig.exe[0-3],
although i suspect that those registry values aren't relevant to AG VIC.  i
also had to modify height and width decimal values in the vic's to match h261
resolution.
