[AG-TECH] New webpage for Debian AG packages

Hi All,

I've instituted an 'official' Debian AG package page at:

	http://www.vislab.usyd.edu.au/debian/

In addition to this ANL have added a Debian category to their bugzilla
server (thanks!), so any issues should be reported there.
