[AG-TECH] 2.2 install problem

hello:

i have just installed v2.2 of the AGtK and sometimes it works...

but sometimes it hangs when i try to "Go" to a venue or "Go to home venue".

debug shows no messages past a failed TCP socket call....apparently
it can't connect.

is this a known problem?  i didn't see anything on the web site.

by the way, i am running with an anonymous Certificate....and also
experienced a hang like this when trying to "Install" my newly arrived
personal certificate.
