[AG-TECH] AGTk 2.3 Released

The Access Grid Toolkit 2.3 is available for download at:

This release includes many bug fixes and some new functionality.

Highlights include:
* Shared Question Tool
* Certificate Management Interface available outside the Venue Client
* Network Services (developer preview)
* Rat with ALSA support (linux)
* Improved capture device detection on Linux
* Improved capture device detection on Windows
	- Winnov Videum
* Windows SP2 Firewall Traversal Support
* Mac OSX support (core toolkit only, no media tools)
	- Available as soon as we verify the package
* Gentoo Linux support
* Improved VenueClient stability
* VenueServer memory leaks plugged
* Updated to Python 2.3 on all platforms
* Many speedups, bugfixes, small enhancements

Known Issues:

* Vic sometimes crashs on Windows with multiple network interfaces
* VenueServer still suffers a Globus TCP Bug that causes it to hang
	- This is currently under investigation by the Globus Team
