I've never seen this before, but obviously it's been a problem, since I 
found the solution in Google.  When I installed my USB Logitech camera, it 
put some stupid 'Microsoft TV/Video Connection' in as a NETWORK 
adaptor.  Obviously screwed up the Toolkit.  Once I removed this cruft, so 
far the AG 2.3b2 is looking pretty good on Win2K.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
