[AG-TECH] AGTk 2.3 BETA 2 for Fedora Released

problems solved.
one thing i forgot was that the vidserv and vidprodserv default to TV
when you first add them.
rat now comes up fine, too.  magic?
more likely i had an AG process left over that was giving everything grief.
