This document is the result of a lot of work by many in the AG community
(and many outside it).

This would be a great opportunity for everyone to read it over and make
public comment and help refine anything in it that's either unclear, perhaps
overlooked, or if you feel it, incorrect.

I encourage everyone in the community to take 15-30 minutes and read it,
understand the material and make some form of response.
