FYI - pivoting 19" monitor 1280x1024 -> 1024x1280
(Samsung SyncMaster 910t)

Other things being equal, might be interesting to tile  3 to get a
3072x1280 33"x15" PiG display instead of 3840x1024 45"x11"

.. hmm, with a tiled LCD display maybe one could squeeze a small camera
between 2 bits of glass with the aid of an electric drill ... cut down
on "not meeting your eyes" parallax ...   :-)
