[AG-TECH] TVS Upgrade Wednesday

On Wednesday, March 10, at 4:00pm CST. the Transitional Venue Server 
will be upgraded to take advantage of recent fixes and upgrades to 
underlying software, and to move to a new machine.  The downtime is 
expected to last about 30 minutes.  I'll send mail when the venue server 
is back up.

The changes are intended to improve stability and performance.  As part 
of the upgrade, the venues will be resynched with the AG1 venues; venues 
that have been added on the AG1 server will exist on the upgraded TVS.  
Also, from now on, new venues will be created on both servers, so the 
two will be in synch going forward.

If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.  If you have 
a vital meeting that will be affected by this downtime, let me know 
that, too, and we'll find a way to resolve the problem.
