[AG-TECH] TVS Upgrade Wednesday

The transition to the new server is taking longer than expected.  I 
expect the server to be up soon, and will send mail when it is ready.

One point I didn't mention previously is that, because the server will 
be running on a new machine, access to it will depend on propagation of 
the change through DNS.  I'm told that some sites will see the new 
server within an hour of the change, and others may take as long as 24 
hours.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by the additional delay.  I will send 
mail when the server is up.
